Our franchise development team isn’t just here for you when you inquire, we also assist our franchise owners in sourcing and securing financing for their new preschool. We have relationships with franchise-friendly financial institutions and real estate investment trusts (REITs), along with a team that possesses over a decade of experience in franchise financing.
Prospective franchise owners are expected to have at least $500,000 in liquid capital to begin building or retrofitting their KLA Schools preschool.
The total projected investment varies from $1,121,000 to $5,804,750. Some franchise owners choose not to build, but to purchase or lease an existing building, which accounts for the variance.
The average EBITDA for 2021 for all franchised KLA Schools open for at least 18 months was $626,196 and 31.35% of these schools met or exceeded this average. A new franchise owner’s individual financial results may differ. Please review Item 19 of our Franchise Disclosure Document dated March 16, 2022, for additional information.
I walked away from my visit to KLA Schools truly inspired. I cannot put into words how beautiful these schools are, and how engaged the teachers are with the children. The KLA Schools model is amazing, and we’re grateful to be part of it!
We would recommend KLA Schools to anyone that wants to come into the world of early childhood education with a very innovative, modern, and dynamic approach.
From our first meeting with KLA, we knew that we found people who looked at early childhood education from a different perspective, not just as a business but as a family caring for other families. We happily recommend joining the KLA Schools family!
From pre-opening to being fully operational and growing, the KLA Schools team has you covered. We provide everything you need to get up and going in all functional areas—including operations, pedagogy, marketing, and finance.
