Our Preschool Franchise Leadership Program Helps You Improve
One of the main benefits of choosing to franchise is gaining access to the support of an established franchisor. KLA Schools takes our responsibility to help franchise owners seriously because we know it will also positively impact the educational outcomes of our schools. Our preschool franchise leadership program is a perfect example of this commitment.
Created and delivered by Mecca Johnson, founder and President of My Joy Speaks and a consultant for KLA Schools, the “Leadership Power Series” is designed to help franchise owners develop their skills to provide a supportive environment for teachers to deliver a better student learning experience. Mecca’s 30 years of experience in the field of early childhood education, the majority of which were in a senior leadership position with a national franchise company, have provided her an experienced, unique, and innovative perspective on leadership.
The program takes KLA franchise owners on a transformative journey to shape their understanding of leadership skills necessary to achieve success in the early childhood education industry. Whether you’ve spent your career working as an educator or pursuing other interests, you’ll benefit from the focus on understanding how to lead people in this unique industry.
KLA Schools is committed to offering our franchise owners a structured framework to develop their leadership skills. The benefits of what you’ll learn through the program can be passed along to the teachers and staff at your childcare franchise to ultimately improve every facet of operating your KLA School and most specifically your students’ classroom experience.
What Makes Our Preschool Leadership Program Effective?
Building an effective childcare experience that delivers what parents and children deserve is about more than delivering a first-in-class curriculum. One of the most important parts of holding a leadership position is utilizing emotional intelligence to strengthen working relationships. This is particularly vital to your success in early childhood education, given the age of the students who will be attending your KLA preschool and the importance of developing trusted partnerships with parents
The KLA team recognizes the importance of nurturing mental and emotional health–not just for young children but also for your staff. By offering the “Leadership Power Series,” we strive to help you learn how to lead with confidence, authenticity, and empathy. The program doesn’t just give you base-level pointers on leadership–it heavily focuses on the significance of emotional intelligence in building resilient, successful teams and fostering a healthy work environment.
The “Leadership Power Series” equips you with the tools to excel in a rapidly evolving world. It also helps you adapt quickly to the shifting needs of your leadership teams and the teachers and students in the KLA Schools classrooms that you will oversee as a franchise owner.
By completing the series, you can unlock the keys to having a lasting impact while nurturing and preparing the next generation for a life well lived. This program has generated incredible results for our franchise owners, helping us stand out from standard daycare options in the minds of staff, parents, guardians, and children.
