KLA provides more than four weeks of in-depth, hands-on classroom and onsite training prior to your school opening that will give you insight into the day-to-day experiences and requirements entailed in running your KLA franchise.
Some of the topics covered during your initial training will be:
• Required/Recommended Bank Accounts • Required Insurance Coverage • Special Licenses and Permits • Preschool Policies • Contracting Utilities and Services • Recommended Equipment, Supplies and Furnishings.
You will also attend a study group for 1 week in Reggio Emilia, Italy.
Personnel Support
Recruiting secure and knowledgeable personnel for your KLA childcare franchise is critical. We will educate you and ensure you are ready to hire the right individuals to support the success of your school.
Employment Support includes:
• Recruitment and Candidate Selection Process Overview • Orientation and Training of Personnel • Suggested Team Building Activities • Establishment of Personnel Policies • Evaluation of Employees • Ongoing Professional Development.
You will also attend a study group for 1 week in Reggio Emilia, Italy.
Real Estate and Design Support
KLA Schools will identify the best preschool franchise site for you and will provide you with a Site Location Analysis to review. You also have the option of being delivered a turnkey educational center to start of your new venture.
Real Estate and Design support includes:

Marketing and Advertising Support
